1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are only secured after full payment or agreed deposit.

Longboard Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unsafe weather or ocean conditions.

In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date, activity

or a voucher.

All lessons and services are non-refundable.

If a client cancels:

More than 48 hours before the lesson:

- A voucher will be issued, valid for 6 months.

Less than 48 hours before the lesson:

- No voucher will be issued.

Vouchers are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise by Longboard Studio.

Surfing depends on natural conditions.

If conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable, Longboard Studio may:

- Reschedule the lesson

- Offer an alternative time / activity

- Issue a voucher

No monetary refunds will be provided.

All participants take part in activities at their own risk.

Longboard Studio is not responsible for:

- Personal injuries

- Loss or damage of personal belongings

- Any accidents occurring during or outside lesson time

- Participants are responsible for having their own personal insurance (travel or sports insurance is recommended).

By booking a lesson, participants confirm that:

- They are physically fit to participate

- They understand the risks involved in surfing

All equipment provided must be treated with care.

Clients may be charged for damage caused by negligence or misuse.

Photos and videos taken during lessons may be used for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
